1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Flowzens and utilizing our services — including AI content generation, scheduling, calendar strategists, and social media publishing — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. These terms apply to all users including individual subscribers, agency team members, and API integrators.

2. User Accounts & Subscriptions

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or represent a registered business entity to hold an active profile on Flowzens.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@flowzens.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Free Trial:New accounts begin on the Growth plan's 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, the Growth subscription continues at its regular monthly price unless you cancel. Premium and Agency plans require immediate checkout with no trial.
• Subscription Plans:Payments are processed securely via Cashfree. You authorize us to charge the card on file at the start of each billing cycle. Plan prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for mid-cycle cancellations.
• Team Seats (Agency): Agency plan users may invite up to 5 team members. Each member must agree to these Terms before accessing the platform. Account owners are liable for all actions taken by team members.

3. Fair Use & API Integration Policies

Flowzens operates by connecting to social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, X/Twitter, Google/YouTube) through their official developer APIs. Your continued use of Flowzens is conditioned on compliance with their respective terms:

• Platform Policy Compliance:You agree to abide by all third-party platform policies including Meta's Terms of Service, YouTube's Terms of Service, LinkedIn's User Agreement, and X's Developer Agreement.
• Prohibited Content: You may not schedule, draft, or auto-publish content that contains spam, malware, illegal material, hate speech, sexually explicit content, or impersonation of real persons or brands. Flowzens reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts found violating these standards.
• Monthly Quotas: Publishing and AI generation quotas are enforced per your subscription tier. Attempting to circumvent or abuse these limits — including via scripts, API manipulation, or account sharing — will result in immediate suspension.
• Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you create or approve through Flowzens. By using our platform, you grant Flowzens a limited, non-exclusive license to process and publish your content solely on your behalf.

4. Intellectual Property

The Flowzens platform, including its software, AI models, design, brand identity, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by Flowzens SaaS and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of Flowzens without prior written consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you submit become the property of Flowzens and may be incorporated into the platform without compensation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flowzens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India. By using Flowzens, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Flowzens after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The current policy version and effective date are always displayed at the top of this page.
