Because valuable assets are generated and operational costs are immediately incurred at setup, all payments are final.
1. Try Before You Buy (Evaluation)
We believe you should be fully confident in Flowzens before making any financial commitment. To support this, we provide:
- 14-Day Free Trial: All new registered users automatically receive a 14-day fully-featured trial of our Premium subscription.
- No Credit Card Required: You can explore the dashboard, link social profiles, perform AI website crawls, and review generated posts without inputting payment info.
- Evaluation Period: This trial serves as the window to evaluate if the AI generation quality, strategy recommendations, and posting capabilities suit your operational needs.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Flowzens does not issue refunds (either full or partial) for any monthly or annual subscription fees once a payment has been processed. This policy is strictly enforced due to the following structural reasons:
- Immediate Resource Allocation: As soon as you configure a profile or run a scan, our system immediately scans your business properties, parses contents, generates a tailored brand profile, and constructs a monthly schedule.
- Non-Recoverable Computational Costs: Creating captions, hashtag sets, post titles, and generating high-resolution graphics invokes advanced third-party LLM and diffusion models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI, Stable Diffusion). We are billed for these tokens instantly, and these charges cannot be recovered or refunded to us.
- Prevention of Abuse: Because users can register, crawl their site, extract a complete month of marketing ideas/captions, and download assets immediately, this refund restriction protects our intellectual property and system sustainability.
3. Subscription Management & Cancellation
You retain total control over your billing status at all times:
- Cancel Anytime:You can cancel your subscription with a single click from the **Billing & Plans** tab in your user settings.
- Retain Access: Upon cancellation, your premium plan limits and features will remain active and fully accessible until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Downgrade: At the end of the billing period, your account will downgrade to our Free tier. You will not be billed again unless you manually reactivate your subscription. We do not provide prorated credits or refunds for cancellation requests submitted mid-cycle.
